Viewing SharePoint Calendars Offline
Mainsoft SharePoint Integrator enables you to view your SharePoint calendar events from Lotus Notes even when working offline. When in offline mode, all events are read-only.
To make a SharePoint calendar available offline, right-click the calendar label in the left sidebar of the Notes Calendar application and select Modify to open the Modify Calendar dialog. Make sure that the View this calendar when offline or on a mobile device check box is selected. This check box is also available when you add a new SharePoint calendar to Lotus Notes.
Your SharePoint calendar events are copied to your Notes Calendar application each time your mail database is replicated. All events occurring in the range of 45 days before the current day and 45 days after the current day are replicated.
Note: To view the calendar information offline, Lotus Notes creates a Notes document for each SharePoint calendar event. This process takes a couple of minutes, and it automatically starts after showing a SharePoint calendar. Please wait a few minutes between replicating your SharePoint calendar and trying to view it offline.
