Granting permissions for configuring shared document libraries

Permissions for adding and configuring shared Document Sites are set in the Project and Team Process Configuration, under the permissions section, as explained below. By default, permissions are not granted to any roles. To grant permissions, follow these steps:
- Right-click the project, and select Open.
- Click the Process Configuration tab in the Project Area editor.
- Expand Project Configuration, and select Permissions.
It is recommended to grant permissions according to the following table:
Everyone Save Document Site Credentials Team Leader Save Project Document Site
- Expand Team Configuration, and select Permissions.
It is recommended to grant permissions according to the following table:
Team Leader Save Project Document Site
- Save the Project Area.
