Stored SharePoint passwords are removed when switching Lotus Notes user

Issue:

The stored passwords used by SharePoint Integrator to access the registered SharePoint sites disappear after switching user ID in Lotus Notes.

Cause:

In rare cases, when switching to another Lotus Notes user with an identical username on a different Domino server, the stored SharePoint passwords are lost.

Resolution:

To avoid this problem, use Domino users with different usernames. If this issue occurs, the user needs to reenter the passwords for the registered SharePoint sites in Lotus Notes Preferences.
