Find people by skills, experience, or expertise, directly from Lotus Notes. Users can search for colleagues across the entire organization using data imported from, and synchronized with, the Active Directory and other corporate directories.

My Site integration with the sidebar makes it easy to work on documents stored on the user's personal SharePoint site. Users can also open colleagues' My Sites from the people information pane.

People in context. Users can get people information from SharePoint and Sametime for the active Notes and SharePoint calendar event, e-mail message, or SharePoint document. This feature provides fast information about the user's contact details and background, plus Sametime presence awareness, and more.

Document Ratings let users score documents, and the average rating for each document is displayed in the sidebar. Sorting the library by ratings is an excellent way to quickly find the most popular documents in a large list.
