Save and Manage emails on SharePoint sites

A convenient solution for preserving critical correspondence is to store project-related e-mail messages alongside documents in a SharePoint project library.

Publish Lotus Notes e-mail messages on SharePoint using drag‐and‐drop operations or a SharePoint button in Lotus Notes e-mail messages. E-mail headers are automatically saved as SharePoint metadata as messages are uploaded.

Use the SharePoint email view to view, sort, and retrieve documents using Lotus Notes e-mail headers such as "From", "Date", or "Subject", similar to an Inbox.

Access e-mail stored on SharePoint. Use Lotus Notes to view, edit, and forward shared messages on SharePoint, even if the user was not an email recipient. Extranet users can view shared messages from the web browser, with document attachments stored as embedded documents.
