Mainsoft SharePoint Integrator tracks SharePoint operations from a Lotus Notes sidebar. In combination with SharePoint IIS logs and Domino e-mail logs, SharePoint Integrator usage reports can be used to measure:
- The increase in the number of users who manage documents, e-mails, and team calendars on SharePoint.
- The increase in total documents, emails, and team calendars on SharePoint.
- How often users access SharePoint using Lotus Notes versus a Web browser.
- The increase in document links sent by email, and the reduction in email traffic that results.
Save email storage costs
Mainsoft SharePoint Integrator reduces e-mail storage costs by promoting the use of document links in outgoing e-mails.
Dragging SharePoint documents to the message creates links to the server copy of the document. When sending attachments, SharePoint Integrator suggests that the user replaces attachments with links.
