Issue:

When displaying a specific SharePoint 2010 document library, no items are shown in Mainsoft SharePoint Integrator for Lotus Notes and the status pane displays the error message:

Cause:

SharePoint 2010 introduces the List View Threshold feature to protect the server from unintentional load. If a number of library columns of type Lookup, Person or Group, and Workflow Status exceeds the threshold enforced by the SharePoint administrator, an error is returned when trying to fetch the library contents.

Resolution:

Your SharePoint administrator needs to change the Resource Throttling settings under Central Administration > Application Management > Manage Web Application > Your Web Application > General Settings > Resource Throttling. Set the List View Lookup Threshold value to a number larger than the number of lookup and workflow status column in the library and view.

Note: This is a current limitation in SharePoint Integrator for Lotus Notes 2.5 beta. The issue will be resolved in the final v2.5 release of SharePoint Integrator.
