Yair Shamir

Mr. Shamir is the Chairman and Managing Partner of Catalyst Investments and the Chairman of IAI, Israeli Aerospace Industries. He was Chairman of El Al, Israeli Airlines and led the privatization process of the firm. Mr. Shamir also served as the Chairman and CEO of VCON Telecommunications Ltd, as the executive vice president of the Challenge Fund-Etgar L.P., as the CEO of Elite Food Industries and as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Scitex Corporation, Ltd.
Mr. Shamir served in the Israeli Air Force as a pilot and commander and attained the rank of colonel. He holds a B.Sc. Electronics Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. Currently, Mr. Shamir serves as a director of DSP Group Corporation and also serves as director of few private hi-tech companies.
Yaacov Cohen

Yaacov Cohen is the President and CEO of Mainsoft. He joined the company in 1994 and became CEO in 1999. Cohen and the management team are responsible for developing interoperability software for Windows and open systems, including C++ and Unix, C#/Visual Basic and the Java platform, and, most recently, SharePoint integration software for IBM Lotus Notes, Lotus Sametime, WebSphere Portal, and Rational Jazz.
Prior to joining Mainsoft, he led development teams for Applicom Software Industries and served as a Software Engineer at the Israeli Navy Computer Center. Cohen graduated cum laude from the Technion Israeli Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in computer engineering.
Eyal Alaluf

Eyal Alaluf is Mainsoft's Vice President of Technology, a position he has held since January 2000. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Alaluf oversees the development team behind Mainsoft's cross-platform product suite. Since joining Mainsoft in 1994 as the company's first Senior Developer, he has risen steadily through the ranks. Alaluf became the company's Chief Engineer before his promotion to his current position.
After graduating with dual degrees in mathematics and computer science from the Hebrew University in Israel, Alaluf joined the Israel Defense Forces and worked as a software developer in the Israeli Navy where he was involved in creating advanced technologies and research.
Ron Johnsen

Vice President of Professional Services
Ron Johnsen serves as Mainsoft's Vice President of Professional Services, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the high technology industry. He is responsible for driving Mainsoft's customer-centric methodology by building a world-class customer services organization and expanding its consulting services business.
Since joining Mainsoft in 1999 as a Technical Account Manager, Johnsen advanced from Technical Account Manager to Mainsoft's Director of Services in January 2001. He became Vice President in April 2003. Prior to joining Mainsoft, Johnsen worked for Synopsys Corporation where he held several positions in Product Development, Technical Marketing and Application Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and a Masters degree in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach.
Philippe Cohen

Philippe Cohen joined Mainsoft in 1996 and is currently Vice President of Technical Sales in Europe and North America. Previously, he was Vice President of Products, responsible for product management, R&D, and support teams for Mainsoft's cross-platform product suite. Earlier, Cohen served as Director of R&D and Senior Product Architect. Before joining Mainsoft, he worked with leading object-oriented technology companies such as IONA Technologies and Versant Corp. Early in his career, he worked at Mennen Medical Corp. where he developed object-oriented database technology for real-time heart monitoring systems.
Cohen graduated cum laude from the Technion Israeli Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering; he completed his first year of academic study at the Pierre & Marie Curie University, Paris VI, where he graduated suma cum laude DEUG.
Jenna Dobkin

Jenna Dobkin is the director of marketing for Mainsoft Corporation. She brings ten years of diverse marketing communications, public relations and strategic consulting experience for clients such as Visa International, Deloitte & Touche, SBC, the San Francisco International Airport, the City of Concord, Starbucks Coffee Company, Northern California McDonald's and the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Dobkin graduated with highest honors from the University of California at Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
Tomer Hoffman

Tomer Hoffman is the Chief Financial Officer of Mainsoft, bringing 10 years of experience to the company. He joined Mainsoft in July 2007. Prior to that, Hoffman served as the International Controller of SunGard STeP (formerly SunGard Business Integration), a subsidiary of SunGard Data Systems, Inc., was CFO of Lahat Sales & Marketing Development Ltd., and was a senior auditor for Arthur Andersen. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Ben-Gurion University.
