Adding SharePoint Integrator as a Lotus Notes' bookmark after silent installation

Issue:

When installing the standalone package for Notes 6.5.x or 7.x in silent mode the SharePoint Integrator shortcut is not added to the Notes' bookmarks.

Cause:

The Notes password is required to add the bookmark. This is not supported when installing in silent mode.

Resolution:

The SharePoint Integrator shortcut can be added by dragging the program shortcut from the Desktop to the Lotus Notes Bookmarks bar.
